Heard counsel for the parties.

It is brought to the notice of this Court today by learned counsel

for TSECL Mr. Bibhal Nandi Majumder that the statement made on

31.03.2026 before this Court that the technical bid of the bidders, who had

submitted bids pursuant to the NIT dt.09.10.2025 had not been opened, is

incorrect.

Counter Affidavit is also not filed by the said respondents in spite

of a specific direction in the order dt.31.03.2026 to do so by today.

Therefore, the respondents are directed not to award the contract

pursuant to the said tender until further order(s).

List the matter on 23.04.2026.
