06.04.2026 This application has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in consonance with Order 1 Rule 10 CPC read with Chapter VIII Rule P of Tripura High Court Rules, 2023 for addition of Parties as respondent Nos. 6 and 7 in the connected writ petition.
Heard learned counsel appearing for both the parties.
For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and the averments made out before this Court during the course of arguments, this impleadment application as filed by the applicant stands allowed.
Registry is directed to implead the name of the respondent Nos. 6 and 7 as per schedule given in the affidavit of the application.
In view of the above, this interlocutory application is allowed and thus, the same is disposed of.
