In view of the order passed today in I.A No. 01 of 2026 in Crl. Petn. No. 11 of 2026, issue notice upon the newly impleaded respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

Steps be taken at the earliest. Since, Mr. R. Datta, learned P.P entered appearance on behalf of the respondent -State, no formal notice needs be issued upon the same.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner shall take steps for service of notice upon the newly impleaded respondent Nos. 2 and 3 with the Registry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is also at liberty to take out personal notice upon the newly impleaded respondent Nos. 2 and 3 by way of " RPAD" and " Dasti" and file proof of the same before the Registry forthwith.

List this matter once the proof of service is placed on record.
