Order 19/09/2025 Learned Counsel Mr. D. Sharma appears on behalf of the

State-respondents and submitted that challenging the judgment

passed by this Court in WP(C)No.638 of 2023 dated 27.02.2025

the State has preferred appeal before the Division Bench of this

High Court, and the Division Bench stayed the operation of the

judgment. The operative portion of the order dated 10.09.2025 in

WA No.72 of 2025 runs as follows:

"In the meantime, the operation and effect of the impugned judgment dated 27.02.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C)No.638 of 2023 shall remain stayed."

In view of the order passed by the Division Bench of this

High Court the further proceeding of this case shall remain stayed

till disposal of the appeal.

List this matter after disposal of the Writ Appeal No.72 of

2025.
