Heard Ld. Counsel of both sides.

The appellant preferred the present Appeal [RSA 12

of 2025] against the Judgment dated 24.04.2024 passed

by Ld. District Judge, West Tripura, Agartala in Title Appeal

No. 55 of 2017 and related decree thereof with a delay of

275 days alongwith a petition for condoning the delay of

said period.

By an order passed today in IA No.1 of 2025 in

connection with the present Appeal, the petition for

condonation of delay of 275 days is rejected.

Therefore, the Appeal is not admitted being time

barred.
