Heard counsel for the applicants as well as counsel the

respondents.

This application has been filed by the applicants seeking

condonation of delay of 47 days in filing the Writ Appeal challenging the

judgment dated 27.02.2025 of the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No.638 of

2023.

Notice in this application was issued to the respondents.

Mr. P. Roy Barman, senior counsel appearing for the

respondents states that he has no objection for the condonation of delay.

Therefore, the instant application is allowed. Delay in filing the

Writ Appeal is condoned.

Interlocutory application [IA No.01 of 2025] stands disposed

of.
