The second appeal is admitted to consider the following substantial questions of law :

(A) Whether after passing an order by the Appellate Authority in a previous proceedings under the TPP Act for the same land which attained finality can be initiated by the Original Authority against the same person and same allegation ?

(B) Whether the non-consideration of pleading of the parties and evidence on record by the Ld. Courts below made these respective judgments perverse in the eye of law ?

Notice to the respondents. IA No.01 of 2025 in RSA No.39 of 2025 Pending disposal of the second appeal, there shall be an injunction restraining the respondents from evicting the petitioner from the property which is subject matter of this RSA.
