Heard learned counsel for the appellants and the counsel for the
respondents.
Pending further orders, there shall be stay of execution of the
judgment dt.10.12.2024 passed by Judge, District Commercial Court,
Unakoti, Kailashahar in Title Suit (Commercial ) 01/2020 subject to the
appellants together depositing 50% of the decreetal amount to the credit of
the said suit within eight weeks. On such deposit, the first respondent is
permitted to withdraw the same without furnishing any security.
List the matters (Commercial Appeal 01 of 2025 & Commercial
Appeal 02 of 2025) on 09.02.2026.
