This is an application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963

for condoning the delay of 510 days in preferring the appeal against the

impugned judgment and award dated 02.08.2023 passed in Misc.(LA) 01 of

2016 by the learned LA Judge, Court No.1, West Tripura, Agartala.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

After perusal of the contentions made in the petition for condonation of

delay, this court finds satisfactory explanations. Accordingly, the delay of

510 days in preferring the appeal is hereby condoned and, the application is

allowed and, thus disposed of.
