The appeal is admitted on the following substantial question of law:

Whether the judgment and decree of the learned first appellate court are perverse for rejecting the prayer of the plaintiffs for declaration of right, title and interest on the ground of non- production of allotment order despite the fact that ROR was standing in their names?
