The appellant has preferred the appeal challenging the

judgment and order of conviction and sentence dated 28.02.2025

delivered by Learned Special Judge (POCSO), Unakoti Tripura,

Kailasahar in connection with Case No.Special (POCSO) 24 of

2023.

Heard both the sides.

In the interim, the execution of the judgment and order

of conviction and sentence dated 28.02.2025 shall remain

suspended till disposal of the appeal.
