This is an application under Section 151 of CPC for issuing necessary

direction to the Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO), 3rd Battalion Tripura State

Rifles to stop the deduction of maintenance allowance from the salary of the Appellant-

Petitioner since the Appellant-Petitioner complied the Judgment & Order dated

13.08.2024 passed in Mat.App of 2024.

Perused the record.

On perusal of the same, it appears to this court that the reasons cited in the

accompanying affidavit are satisfactory and hence the present interlocutory application

may be allowed.

Therefore, the Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO), 3rd Battalion

Tripura State Rifles is hereby directed to stop the deduction of maintenance allowance

from the salary of the Appellant-Petitioner.

With the above observation, the present interlocutory application stands

allowed and disposed of.
