The claimant-appellant has filed this cross-objection under

Order XLI Rule 22 of CPC, 1908 filed by the cross-objector challenging

the Judgment and award dated 05.07.2023 passed by the Learned

Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal No.1, West Tripura, Agartala in

connection with Case No.T.S. (MAC) No.250 of 2019 for enhancement

of the award.

A separate application is also filed for condoning delay of

278 days in preferring the cross-objection.

Heard Learned Counsel for the cross-objector claimant-

appellant.

Considered.

Let the notice be issued upon the owner of the vehicle as

well as the Insurance Company both in the cross-objection and also in

the application for condonation of delay. The objector may take steps

for service of notice both by normal process and by registered A/D post

within 5 days and file proof of service.
