Order 21/01/2025 Learned counsel Mr. D. Deb is present for the appellants.

The appellants have preferred this appeal challenging the

judgment and decree dated 24.09.2024 delivered by Learned Civil

Judge (Senior Division), Dhalai Judicial District, Ambassa in

connection with Case No.Title Suit (Partition) 01 of 2022. Along

with memo of appeal another application under Order XXXIX Rule

1 and 2 of CPC is filed for temporary injunction against the

defendant-respondents for alienating, changing the nature of the

suit till disposal of the appeal.

Heard Learned counsel for the appellants.
