_O_R_D_E_R_ 04.02.2025 Heard Mr. K. De, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.
Mr. De, learned counsel submits that the Insurance Company has
already complied with the judgment passed by this court in MAC
App.No.74 of 2023 by making necessary deposits before the Registry of
the High Court and at present Rs.25,000/- as deposited earlier at the
time of filing the appeal is lying undisbursed as an excess amount which
is required to be returned to the Insurance Company.
Mr. D. Kalai, learned counsel appearing for the claimant-
respondents does not oppose the prayer.
Considered.
The Registry is directed to release the amount of Rs.25,000/- as
was deposited by the applicant-Insurance Company vide Cheque
No.065920 dated 16.06.2023, to the applicant Shriram General
Insurance Company Ltd. as per procedure.
IA is accordingly disposed of.
