This application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 25

days in filing the appeal under the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 challenging

the judgment dated 10.12.2024 in Title Suit (Commercial) 01 of 2020 of the

District Commercial Court, Unakoti District, Kailashahar.

Notice had been issued on this application on 29.07.2025.

Mr. Suman Bhattacharjee, counsel appearing for respondent No.1

and Mr. Bibhal Nandi Majumder, counsel appearing for respondents No.2 to 5

state that they have no objection to the condonation of delay in filing the

appeal.

Therefore, this application is allowed.
