Issue notice upon the remaining respondents by

registered post with A/D.

Steps to be taken by the applicant on the respondents

within a week from today.

Meanwhile, the operation of impugned judgment dated

07.05.2025 passed by learned Addl. District Judge, Court No.2 in

M.A. No.01/2021 and consequent decree thereof and the judgment

passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), West Tripura,

Agartala on 31st January, 2019 in M.S. No.18/2014 and related

decree thereof, are stayed until further orders.

Registry is to communicate the order to the learned

court below.

List the matter after three weeks.
