applicant.

The appellant-applicant has preferred this appeal challenging

the judgment and award dated 12.10.2023 delivered by Learned

Motor Acciedent Claims Tribunal No.5, West Tripura, Agartala in

connection with Case No.T.S.(MAC) 115 of 2022 and along with

the memo of appeal another application under 2nd Proviso of

Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act for condoning the delay of

202(two hundred and two) days in preferring the appeal.

Heard Learned counsel for the applicant.

Issue notice upon the respondents both in the IA and also in

the main appeal.

The appellant-applicant may take steps for service of notice

upon the respondents within seven days by normal process and
