The present appellant has filed this appeal challenging the

judgment and order dated 28.02.2024 delivered by the Learned

Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, South Tripura, Sabroom in

connection with Case No.T.S.(MAC) 12 of 2023.

Heard Learned counsel for the appellant insurance company.

This court has already condoned the delay.

Let the appeal be admitted for hearing.

Issue post-admission notice upon the respondents.
