This is an application filed under section 5 of the Limitation Act

for condoning delay of 11 days in filing the connected Review Petition against

the judgment and order (oral) dated 21.06.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in

MAC. App No. 112 of 2023.

Heard Mr. P Gautam, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

Also heard Mr. D. Paul, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and the

averments made out before this Court during the course of arguments, delay

caused in preferring the appeal is condoned as un-opposed.

With the above observation and direction, the present

interlocutory application stands allowed and thus disposed of.
