Learned counsel for the appellant, Mr. K. Deb is present.

This appeal is preferred challenging the judgment and award

dated 15.04.2024 delivered by Learned MAC Tribunal, West

Tripura, Agartala, Court No.5 in connection with T.S.(MAC) No.256

of 2021. By the said judgment and award, Learned Tribunal below

has awarded a sum of Rs.12,98,000/- along with 7% interest with

effect from 22.12.2021 till the date of payment.

Heard Learned Counsel.

Considered.

Issue notice upon the respondents in the I.A. and also in the

main case.

The appellant shall take steps for service of notice upon the

respondents by normal process and also by registered A/D post

within 7(seven) days and file proof of service.

Let the appeal be admitted for hearing.

Call for LCR.

Registry be asked to prepare the paper book and supply the

same to the Learned Counsel for the parties as per procedure.
