Deb is present on behalf of the claimant-respondents.

The applicant has preferred an appeal challenging the

judgment and award dated 05.07.2023 passed by the Learned

Member, MACT, Tribunal No.1, West Tripura, Agartala in

connection with case No. T.S. (MAC) No.250 of 2019 and along

with this application this I.A. is filed for condoning delay of 44

days.

Heard Learned Counsel for the applicant.

No objection from the other side.

So, considering all, the grounds as mentioned in the

application is considered.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and delay is

condoned.

The I.A. is accordingly stands disposed of.
