impugned judgment dated 08.04.2024 rendered in WP(C) No.872/2021, apart

from the present appeal, another appeal has been preferred by the aggrieved rest

of the writ petitioners which is under stamp reporting. As such, the instant

matter is adjourned.

Mr. Somik Deb, learned senior counsel who has preferred the writ

appeal for other writ petitioners, would supply the institution number of that

case so that it can be listed together along with the instant appeal after one

week.
