The applicant-appellant has preferred this appeal challenging

the judgment and award dated 13.10.2023 passed by Learned

Member, MACT, Tribunal No.1, West Tripura, Agartala in connection

with case No. T.S. (MAC) No.71 of 2020 and along with this memo of

appeal, another application under Order 41, Rule 5 of CPC is

preferred for staying the operation of judgment and award dated

13.10.2023 passed by Learned Member, MACT, Tribunal No.1, West

Tripura, Agartala in connection with case No.T.S. (MAC) No.71 of

2020, till disposal of this appeal.

The operation of the impugned judgment and award dated

13.10.2023 passed by Learned Member, MACT, Tribunal No.1, West

Tripura, Agartala in connection with case No. T.S. (MAC) No.71 of

2020 be stayed subject to deposit of 50% of the award within a

period of 6 (six) weeks from today to the Registry of this High Court.

A copy of this order be furnished to the Learned Counsel for the

applicant-Insurance Company for compliance.

Thus, this I.A. stands disposed of.
