applicant-appellant. None appears for the respondents.

The applicant-appellant has filed this appeal challenging the

judgment and award dated 25.02.2019 passed by Learned Member,

MACT, West Tripura, Agartala, Tribunal No.2 in connection with case

No.T.S.(MAC) No.99 of 2016 and along with the memo of appeal an

application under Section 5 of Limitation Act is filed for condoning delay

of 1852 days.

Heard Learned Counsel for the applicant-appellant.
