The applicant-appellant has filed this appeal challenging the

judgment and award dated 22.01.2020 passed by Learned Member,

MACT, West Tripura, Agartala, Tribunal No.2 in connection with case

No.T.S.(MAC) No.223 of 2016 and along with the memo of appeal an

application under Section 5 of Limitation Act is filed for condoning delay

of 836 days.
