By the impugned judgment dated 17.04.2024 passed by the Judge,

Family Court, Agartala, West Tripura in T.S. (Divorce) No.87 of 2023, the

petition for divorce under Section 13(1)(ia) & (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act,

1955 preferred by the petitioner /respondent husband-has been allowed.

Issue notice on the respondent under ordinary process and speed

post for which requisites be filed within one week.
