Order 02/07/2024 Learned Counsel Mr. R. Majumder assisted by Learned Counsel,

Mr. B. Banerjee is present on behalf of the appellants. Learned Counsel,

Mr. P. Gautam is present on behalf of the respondent No.2 i.e. the

United India Insurance Company Limited. There is no step on behalf of

respondent No.1 i.e. the owner of the vehicle inspite of serving of

notice.

The present applicant has preferred this appeal challenging the

judgment and award dated 31.05.2023 passed by Learned Member,

MAC Tribunal, Court No.2, Gomati Tripura, Udaipur in connection with

T.S. (MAC) No.50 of 2021.

We have already condoned the delay.

So, let the appeal be admitted for hearing.

Call for the LCR.

Registry be asked to prepare the paper book and to supply the

same to the Learned Counsels of both the parties.

List the matter in its usual course after service of paper book to

the Learned Counsels.
