Mr. K. Nath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

submits before this Court that the subject-matter involved in this Writ

Petition is squarely covered by the Judgments passed by this Court in WP(C)

No. 234 of 2020, dated 6th January, 2021 and WP(C) No. 1001 of 2022,

dated 27.06.2023.

In view of the said submissions, learned counsel for the

petitioner prays for allowing the present writ petition as it is covered by the

above mentioned judgments.

On the other hand, Mr. Kohinoor N. Bhattacharjee, learned

Government Advocate appearing for the respondents-State submits before

this Court that he needs to examine the above judgments to submit whether

it is covered by or not.

Request considered.
