The appellant-applicant has preferred an appeal challenging

the judgment and award dated 05.02.2024 delivered by Learned

MAC Tribunal, North Tripura, Dharmanagar in T.S.(MAC) No.11 of

2020. Along with the memo of appeal, another application is filed

for condoning the delay of 68 days in preferring the appeal.
