22/08/2024 The instant Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the decree

holder and arises out of Case No. Ex(M) 02 of 2021 from which CRP No.75

of 2024 was preferred by the judgment debtor, Land Acquisition Collector.

On 14.08.2024 an interim stay of attachment has been passed while issuing

notice upon the decree holder i.e. the present petitioner. The decree

holder/present petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 14.08.2024 passed

by the learned Executing Court after taking note of the order dated

14.08.2024 passed by this Court in CRP No.75 of 2024.

Therefore, the instant matter be listed on 30th August, 2024

along with CRP No.75 of 2024 since the respondent No.1/decree holder in

the said CRP is the petitioner in the present CRP.
