Learned Counsel, Mr. Samar Das is present for the applicant-

appellants.

The applicant-appellants has preferred this appeal challenging the

judgment and award dated 12.12.2023 passed by Learned Member,

MACT, Tribunal No.2, West Tripura, Agartala in connection with case

No.T.S. (MAC) 03 of 2021 and along with this memo of appeal, another

application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act is filed for condoning the

delay of 89 days in preferring this appeal.

Heard Learned Counsel for the applicant-appellants.

Issue notice upon the respondents by normal process and also by

registered A.D. post both in I.A. and also in the main case.

The applicant-appellants may take steps for serving of notice upon

the respondents within seven days and file proof of service.
