HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE BISWAJIT PALIT Order 01/08/2024 Learned counsel Mr. R. Paul is present for the appellant-

applicants.

The appellant-applicants has preferred this appeal challenging

the judgment and award dated 07.05.2022 passed by Learned L.A.

Judge, Sepahijala, Bishalgarh in connection with case Misc.(LA)274

of 2016 and along with the memo of appeal another application has

been filed by the appellant-applicants under Section 5 of the

Limitation Act for condoning the delay of 682(six hundred and eighty

two) days in preferring the appeal.

Learned DSGI appears and waives notice for the respondent

No.1.

The appellant-applicants is asked to supply the memo of appeal

and the condonation application to the Learned DSGI representing

the respondent No.1.

The appellant-applicants may take steps for service of notice

upon the respondent No.2, The L.A. Collector in the IA and also in

the main appeal by normal process and also by registered A/D post

and file proof of service.
