This is an appeal U/s 96 of CPC against the judgment and

decree dated 02.08.2023 (decree signed on 07.08.2023)

passed by Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, North Tripura,

Dharmanagar in T.S. 12 of 2021.

Heard Learned Counsel for the appellants.

Appeal is admitted.

Issue notice to the respondents.

The appellants may take step in this regard.

The appellants also prayed for staying operation of the

judgment passed by the Learned trial court below on the

ground that if no stay order is passed, in that case, the decree

holder may take steps for putting the decree in execution.

At this stage, this court is not inclined to pass any stay

order.
