It is represented by both sides that aggrieved by the

judgment & order dated 21.12.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge

in WP(C) No.608 of 2021, an appeal being WA No.159 of 2022 has

been preferred before this Court and the same is pending for

adjudication.

It is also submitted by Mr. S. Lodh, learned counsel for the

petitioner that the next date of hearing of the writ appeal is scheduled

after 2(two) weeks.

In view of the same, list this matter on 03.02.2023.
