Let Cont. Cas(C) No.134 of 2023 be tagged along with the

instant contempt petition as they both arise out of the common judgment

dated 26.04.2022 passed in WP(C) No.252 of 2022 and WP(C) No.253 of

2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the direction to

frame recruitment rules within six months has not been complied.

Issue notice on the respondents under ordinary process and

Registered cover with A/D for which requisites be filed within one week.
