Heard Mr. P. Roy Barman, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr.

S. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr.

Rajib Saha, learned counsel appearing for the respondents-State.

By way of filing the instant writ petition, the petitioner has

challenged the impugned orders dated 22.06.2020 and 15.09.2020.

Briefly stated, the petitioner was put under suspension by order

dated 22.06.2020. It was reviewed by order dated 15.09.2020. It is the plea of

the petitioner that after 15.09.2020, no review was made as regards the

suspension order.

It is informed by Mr. Saha, learned counsel for the respondents-

State that the suspension order has already been withdrawn by order dated

25.08.2023 issued by the competent authority.

In view of this, the reliefs claimed for by the petitioner have

already been addressed. Needless to say, the suspension period of the petitioner

may be regularized in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition stands

disposed.
