Learned Sr. counsel Mr. P. Roy Barman assisted by Mr. Samarjit

Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that one more

appeal in the case of Debjyoti Shome and ors Vs. The State of Tripura and ors

arising out of the common impugned Judgment has not yet been tagged with the

instant batch of appeals. Learned counsel Mrs. S. Deb(Gupta) submits that there

are 3(three) more appeals i.e. W.A. No.52 of 2023, W.A. No.54 of 2023 and W.A.

No.88 of 2023 having same impugned Judgment which may also be tagged along

with the instant batch of appeals.

It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that

since the issue is of wide amplitude and affects large number of persons, the

appeals may be admitted for hearing.

Accordingly, the instant appeals are admitted for hearing with W.A.

No.52 of 2023, W.A. No.54 of 2023, W.A. No.88 of 2023 and Debjyoti Shome

and ors Vs. The State of Tripura and ors. 4(four) appeals be also listed along with

the instant appeals on the next date.

List the matters on 25.09.2023.
