Heard learned counsel for the review petitioner.

A judgment came to be passed on 20.10.2020 disposing of

WP(C) No.1361 of 2019. Challenging the said order, a writ appeal was filed

which was numbered as W.A. 449 of 2020 and the said appeal came to be

dismissed by order dated 13.12.2021.

Learned counsel for the review petitioner is directed to serve

copy on the counsel appearing for the private respondent.

Matter shall be listed on 11.04.2022.
