        Mr. D. Sarma, learned Addl. GA appearing for the contemnor-

respondents has submitted that on filing of an intra-court appeal by the

contemnor-respondents, a division bench of this court has stayed the

impugned judgment dated 22.03.2022 passed in I.A no. 1 of 2022, arising

out of W.A no. 72 of 2022.

In view of this, the petition stands dropped at this stage.
