This criminal revision petition has been filed under

section 397 read with section 401, Cr.P.C challenging the judgment and

order dated 26.02.2021 delivered in Misc. 58 of 2019 by the Additional

Judge, Family Court, Agartala whereby and whereunder a petition under

section 125 Cr.P.C filed by the wife petitioner in the Family Court was

rejected by the learned Additional Judge, Family Court.
