Heard Mr. A. Bhowmik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as Mr. M. Debbarma, learned Addl. G.A. along with Mr. S. Saha, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

In terms of the order dated 16.11.2021 Sri Tapan Kumar Das, Additional Secretary and Director, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Tripura and Sri Brijesh Pandey, Secretary to the Finance Department, Government of Tripura have appeared in person.

Mr. A. Bhowmik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has produced one notification dated 13.12.2021 whereby those respondents have complied the order of this Court as alleged to have been violated, subject to final outcome of the SLP pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court which has been initially registered under case diary No.2791/2021 dated 16.11.2021.

According to this Court, the judgment and order dated 07.02.2019 as delivered in WP(C)No.166/2018 read with the judgment and order dated 16.03.2021 as delivered in W.A.No.163/2019 has been substantially complied. The rider that has been provided is not related to compliance.

Having observed thus, this proceeding stands closed. The notice that was issued stands recalled. A copy of the notification dated 13.12.2021 is placed in the records for future reference.
