                     COMMON ORDER

These Criminal Petitions are filed seeking to quash the

proceedings in F.I.R.No.1061 of 2025 of Alwal Police Station,

Cyberabad Commissionerate, wherein the petitioners were arrayed as

accused Nos.1 to 4 for the offences punishable under Section 85 of

the Bharathiya Nyaya Sanhitha, 2023 and Sections 3 and 4 of the

Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. Heard Mr.Shashank Garige, learned counsel for the petitioners

and Mr.V.Jithendar Rao, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for

respondent No.1.

3. During the course of hearing, the learned Additional Public

Prosecutor, basing upon the written instructions furnished by the

Sub-Inspector of Police, Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad

Commissionerate, dated 24.03.2026, submits that the Investigating

Officer after conducting investigation filed had filed the final report

before the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, and the case

was numbered as C.C.No.266 of 2026.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to

grant liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies as available under

law, for seeking quashing of proceedings in C.C.No.266 of 2026, by

raising all the grounds which are pleaded in the criminal petitions.

5. In view of the same, the criminal petitions are disposed of,

granting liberty as sought for.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
