  ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:

"...to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents herein in not disclosing the present status of investigation pursuant to the interim order dated 24-07-2015 passed in WP MP No. 29823 of 2015 in WP No. 23062 of 2015 and batch cases as arbitrary, unjust and improper and to pass............"

2. Heard Mr.I.V.Radhakrishna Murthy, learned counsel for the

petitioner and Mr.D.Pradeep, learned Assistant Government Pleader for

Home.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the

respondent police authorities are not informing the present status of

investigation in the registered crime in pursuant of interim order dated

24.07.2015 in Writ Petition No.23062 of 2015, this petition has been

filed seeking appropriate directions.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit

that during pendency of this petition, the related crime No.424 of 2015

is duly investigated and upon filing charge sheet, C.C.No.494 of 2015

was numbered on the file of the VIII Additional Judicial Magistrate of

First Class, Kukatpally. Thereafter, due trial, the matter was ended in

acquittal on 22.05.2025, thus, the contest raised by the petitioner does

not subsist and prays for dismissal of the petition.

5. I have perused the materials on record.

6. The petitioner's grievance is that the respondent police have not

informed the developments of investigation in the Crime No.424 of

2015 of Miyapur Police Station. The developments reported by the

learned Assistant Government Pleader is demonstrating, filing of

charge sheet and the Court concerned after due trial, concluded the

matter by recording acquittal. That being the position, this Court is of

the considered view that nothing further remains in this matter for

deliberation warranting any order.

7. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There

shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
