ORDER:

(ORAL)

Grievance of the petitioner is that her representation dated

25.03.2026 to respondent No.3 for eviction of respondent Nos.9 to 11

from her property bearing Municipal No.6-3-786/22/A situated at

Panjagutta, Hyderabad, in terms of Rule 21 (3) of the Telangana

Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2011

(for short 'Rules 2011'), is not being registered.

2. Heard Mr. Anuganti Praneeth, learned counsel for the

petitioner; Mr. L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for

Revenue, appearing for respondent Nos.1, 3, 5 and 6;

Mr. M. Yadagiri, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women ::2::

Development and Child Welfare, appearing for respondent No.2; and

the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for

respondent Nos.4, 7 and 8, and perused the material available on

record.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women

Development and Child Welfare submits that the representation of the

petitioner will be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing

respondent No.3 - District Collector, Hyderabad, to register the

representation of the petitioner dated 25.03.2026, conduct enquiry in

terms of Rule 21 (3) of the Rules 2011, and pass orders, in

accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date

of receipt of a copy of this order, by affording an opportunity of

hearing to the petitioner and respondent Nos.9 to 11. There shall be

no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in

this writ petition, shall stand closed.
