 MOTOR ACCIDENT CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.601 of 2023


JUDGMENT:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned

counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that the matter

has been settled before Lok Adalath, High Court Legal Services

Committee for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad and an Award

has been passed on 14.06.2025 and also filed copy thereof.

2. In view of the Award dated 14.06.2025, passed by the Lok

Adalat, Hyderabad, the present M.A.C.M.A is closed in terms of

the Award.

3. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also

stand closed.
