                    WRIT PETITION No.27126 of 2014

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned proceedings

No.C3/5308/2012-21, dated 18.06.2014 including the appended

notification issued by respondent No.1, cancelling the Local Scheduled

Tribe Area Certificates issued by the Tahasildar's office, Jainoor vide

Rc.No.E/171/2009, dated 30.01.2009, to the petitioner, as illegal,

arbitrary and contrary to the Judgment in WP.No.27351/2013, dated

20.09.2013, as well as Rev.W.P.M.P.No.45648/2013, dated 27.12.2013

and for consequential relief.

2. Sri J.Nagaraja Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, are present.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court

to withdraw the writ petition and also filed letter dated 25.11.2025 in the

Registry to that effect.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There

shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the

writ petition, shall stand closed.
