COMMON JUDGMENT:

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.Lakshman)

Heard Sri Bajrang Singh Thakur, learned counsel for the

appellant and Sri Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned counsel for the

respondent.

2. Perusal of the record would reveal that the appellant in

F.C.A.No.311 of 2015, grandmother of minor child filed

O.P.No.767 of 2009 against respondent seeking custody of the

minor child namely Shaik Musharaff Rehan, born on

30.06.2005. Learned Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad

dismissed the said O.P vide order dated 19.08.2015.

Challenging the same, she preferred F.C.A.No.311 of 2015.

3. Likewise, the mother of the minor child has filed

O.P.No.398 of 2009 seeking custody of the minor child, which

was allowed by the Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad vide

order dated 19.08.2015. Challenging the said order,

grandmother preferred FCA No.304 of 2015.

4. Now, learned counsel for the appellant and learned

counsel for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that

the minor boy became major and now he is aged 20 ½ years.

5. In view of the submissions of learned counsel for both

parties, nothing survives for adjudication in the present

appeals, and the same are liable to be dismissed.

6. Accordingly, both the Family Court Appeals are

dismissed. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall

stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
