JUDGMENT:

1. Learned counsel appearing for the appellants seeks leave

to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal with liberty to file

afresh on the ground that the Appeal is wrongly valued.

2. Leave is granted, as prayed for.

3. The respondent No.1/plaintiff is represented.

4. CMA.No.436 of 2025, along with all connected

applications, is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty

to the appellants, as prayed for. There shall be no order as to

costs.
