ORDER:

Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not regularizing

the petitioner's services retrospectively on completion of five years in

terms of G.O.Ms.No.212, Finance & Planning (FW.PC.III)

Department, dated 22.04.1994, the present Writ Petition is filed.

2. Heard Sri A.Malhar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned Government Pleader for Services-III appearing for the

respondents.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject

matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this

Court in W.P.No.7521 of 2024 dated 21.03.2024, and requested this

Court to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also. The

same is not seriously disputed by learned Government Pleader

appearing for the respondents.

4. Having regard to the above submissions and for the reasons

alike in the order of this Court in W.P.No.7521 of 2024 dated

21.03.2024, this Writ Petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner

to submit representation to the respondents redressing her grievance

within a period of one (1) week from today. Upon receipt of such

representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same, in

the light of the judgment, dated 01.02.2024, passed by a Division

Bench of this Court in W.A.No.71 of 2024 and pass appropriate

orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as

possible, preferably within a period of six (06) weeks thereafter, and

communicate a copy thereof to the petitioner. Miscellaneous

petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order

as to costs.
